What it does
Margin, efficiency and job type reports.
Margin on every job: parts against labour, actual time against normed time.
Efficiency per mechanic: productive time against normed time, by person and by period.
The job types that earn a margin and the ones that overrun the normed time, the best and the worst.
From any figure you drill down to the documents behind it, put the reports on your own dashboard and take them out as PDF or CSV.
The reports are only as true as the time capture beneath them: the mechanics have to start and stop their jobs on the tablet. Where the input is not there, the report says „date insuficiente” — insufficient data — instead of inventing a figure.
