What it does

Work orders, the workshop tablet, time tracking and quality checks.

The work order opens automatically the moment the customer approves the estimate (deviz).

The mechanic starts and stops each operation on the workshop tablet with a PIN — that is where the real time comes from, not from an estimate.

Extra work (lucrări suplimentare) becomes a new estimate the customer approves before anybody starts.

The planner shows bays and mechanics across the days, against real capacity rather than an assumed one.

Work order opened automatically from the approved estimate, with its lines copied over.
Workshop tablet: PIN sign-in, start and stop each operation beside the car.
Extra work found mid-job goes to the customer for approval before anyone starts.
Quality checklist before the job is closed; a failed check sends it back.
Labour catalogue with normed times and hourly rates.
Tyre storage: each set, its location, and release only to its owner.
