We can import customers, vehicles, parts and balances from structured files. Uneven history or scanned documents are checked separately, before we promise what can be moved.
Yes. The mechanic can open the work order, start the clock and mark the operation finished from a phone or tablet, right beside the car.
Yes, through an integration specific to your country: where your national e-invoicing system is supported, invoices are validated and sent from SanoERP and the answer stays with the document. In other countries the invoice is issued and saved as a PDF for now, and further national integrations are added country by country.
Operational access stops at the end of the period you have paid for. You can export your data in a common format before it closes; we do not hold it hostage.
You can start the same day you sign up. The 14-day trial gives you time to set up your shop and try the main flow before you subscribe; how long the full move takes depends on how much data you bring over.
