Nobody types a journal entry: they derive from invoices, payments, goods receipts (NIR) and consumption notes (bon de consum).
What it does
A double-entry ledger built from the shop's own documents: trial balance, account ledgers and a comparison with what the accountant received.
A trial balance and account ledgers you can drill down through to the document that produced the figure.
The comparison with what the accountant booked shows the accounts that agree as well as the ones that do not.
An export for SAGA and similar programs, so that nobody retypes anything.
